Bio: I’m a high school Senior at Saint Joseph. I run cross-country, play soccer, and race bikes. I love to bake and cook with my mom, mostly so that I will be able to survive on my own in college. This past Summer I biked to North Carolina with my two brothers. It was over 1,100 miles! I’m a twin, and the youngest of four. I want to be a preschool or kindergarten teacher after I graduate from college. I hope that you enjoy my blog! There are pages up top of this bio page and then there are also separate categories with actual recipes down below to the side (under the Archives). Please explore to your hearts desire!
I believe that taking a Foods & Nutrition class in high school helps provide students with a better understanding of food preparation and health. It also helps kids know how to make food so when they are at home or off at college they will be able to take care of themselves. Some benefits from this class are the healthy cuisine and tips that we learn throughout the year and also the wide variety of food selections that we will be able to use in the future.
